Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern the use of PromoPoland.pl by users in Poland and other European Union countries.
1. Website operator
Currently, the PromoPoland.pl service is operated as a private, non-commercial hobby project. The website operator is its private administrator. For any inquiries or complaints, you can contact us via email at: [email protected].
2. Nature of the service
PromoPoland.pl is an informational discount and deal aggregation service for the Polish market. The service helps users discover deals, promotions, promo codes, and store offers and then visit external stores or partners.
We are not the seller of the products, the provider of the services, a party to the sales contract, a payment intermediary, or a guarantor of product availability. Purchase, delivery, returns, warranty, and complaints are governed by the terms of the relevant store.
3. Deal Ranking and Sorting Rules (Omnibus Directive)
For transparency, in accordance with the Omnibus Directive requirements, we disclose our deal ranking and sorting parameters:
- Sorting by popularity (Default / Hot): Deals are ranked by a popularity score reflecting aggregated community-interest data from the public sources we collect offers from, captured when a deal is imported. The site itself has no user registration or voting features.
- Sorting by "New": Deals are sorted chronologically by the exact date and time they were published.
- No commercial influence on organic rankings: Merchants cannot pay to raise the position of their offers in the catalog. The "Deal of the Day" section is curated editorially from current offers and is not a paid placement. Any paid placements are always clearly labelled as "Advertisement".
4. Availability and accuracy of information
We make reasonable efforts to display current prices, discounts, availability, and descriptions. However, offers may change, expire, or contain errors. Before purchasing, users must verify the final price, delivery terms, availability, and product characteristics on the store's website. We are not the seller of the products. Responsibility for compliance with the requirements of the Omnibus Directive (including indicating the lowest price in the last 30 days) rests solely with the final merchant-seller.
5. Affiliate disclosure
Some links may be affiliate links. If a user follows such a link and makes a purchase, PromoPoland.pl may receive a commission. This should not increase the price paid by the user and helps fund the operation of the service.
6. Rules of use
- use the website only in a lawful manner;
- do not attempt to disrupt security, server operation, or other users' access;
- do not copy the website at scale by automated means without our prior consent;
- do not use website materials in a way that misleads consumers or infringes third-party rights.
7. Intellectual property
The design, selection, structure, texts, logos, and interface elements of PromoPoland.pl are protected by applicable law. Store names, brands, and product images may belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes. If you are a copyright owner or a brand representative and wish to report an infringement or request the removal of a deal, please contact us via email at: [email protected].
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromoPoland.pl is not liable for purchase decisions, store actions, product quality, promotion availability, third-party website errors, price changes, delivery delays, or losses resulting from the use of external links.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory Polish or European Union law.
9. Complaints and contact
Complaints concerning the operation of PromoPoland.pl may be sent to [email protected]. The message should describe the issue, the page URL, and the expected resolution. Complaints concerning a product, payment, delivery, or return should be addressed directly to the relevant store.
10. Changes to the service and Terms
We may change website functionality, design, categories, sorting algorithms, affiliate links, and these Terms. The updated Terms are published on this page and apply from publication unless stated otherwise.
11. Governing law
The use of the website is governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory European Union consumer protection rules. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiations and, if not resolved, by competent courts under applicable law.
